Calls for comment & public viewing on the miniature statue for the proposed erection:Dr.W.B Rubusana
A notice is hereby issued in terms of National Heritage Resources Act No. 25 of 1999 for the public viewing and comments for the proposed construction of a life size statue of Dr. W.B Rubusana. The life size statue will be situated in the far left of the East London City Hall. The miniature statue is to be displayed at the EL City Hall in a glass cage for a period of 14 working days. The public is therefore invited to come view, interact and make comments on the miniature statue. The viewing is scheduled to start from 04 to 21 September 2018.
