Key Performance Areas

• Collects outstanding arrear debt from all Government Departments • Assesses and reviews problematic accounts and resolve them • Maximizes revenue collection and decrease arrears • Implements credit control administrative processes in collections of arrears • Produces weekly and monthly reports
