Requirements

• Relevant B Degree OR National Diploma • Skills Development Facilitator NQF level 5 or ODETDP NQF level 5 Certificate • Four (4) years’ experience in an Education Training and Development environment

Key Performance Areas

• Develops and submits the Workplace Skills Plan to appropriate authorities • Conducts Skills Audit as part of the training needs analysis • Consults with stakeholders on skills development • Draws up the annual training plans • Monitors the implementation of the Workplace Skills Plan • Administers the Skills Development Funding
