NEW COUNCILLORS OFFICIALLY TAKE OFFICE
A new chapter of community leadership has begun following the official swearing-in of Councillor Goniwe for Ward 01 and Councillor Makeleni for Ward 10.

 

The ceremony, presided over by the Speaker of Council, Councillor C.H.M. Maxegwana, formally welcomed the two Councillors into office as representatives of their respective wards.

 

Their swearing-in marks the start of a commitment to serve residents, champion community interests and contribute to the development and growth of Buffalo City’s communities.

We congratulate both Councillors and wish them success as they undertake this important responsibility.
