BCMM accounts now available online

Customers can now receive account statements via email by providing their account numbers and email addresses to debtmanagementq@buffalocity.gov.za or call 086 111 3017. Customers can also obtain their accounts via the internet, by accessing “docview”. See instructions below on how to log in: • In order to login it is requested that you use your account number for both the username and password, so anyone with an account number who has not registered before can login • Once you have logged in user the account number it brings a screen up that requires you to update all your personal information and you have an option to change your password. • You can then go and view the last few months statements
