Requirements

• Qualified Artisan electrical and aircon with a wireman certificate and gas license


• Valid code B/EB driver’s license


• One (1) years’ experience

Key Performance Areas

• Plans the activities of the staff and organizes resources


• Receives daily jobs in the form of a written works order from Building Maintenance Superintendent to ensure daily duties are undertaken


• Diagnoses malfunction systems, apparatus and components using test equipment and hand tools


• Connects wires to circuit breakers, transformers or other components


• Determines material required by analyzing jobs and reports so that materials can be obtained from


• Inspects air conditioning systems, equipment and other components


• Test electrical and air conditioning systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, fixtures and equipment
